We are having a HIGHLY recommended parents meeting on Sunday, October 18th at 3pm at the LMHS Cafeteria.

There have been a lot of changes to our handbook this year and the FAST board is asking that all returning families and new families come to hear about these changes. The coaches will also be at the meeting to answer questions about the swim season.
