FAST is a member of the Northern Lakes Aquatic Club, (NLAC), which is a competitive swimming program and member of USA Swimming. NLAC is operated by a consortium of USA registered coaches representing swimmers from various pools across Northern and Western Wisconsin. NLAC Swimming is supported by aquatic programs in the cities of Rice Lake, Ladysmith, Rhinelander, Tomahawk, Antigo, Medford, Phillips, Black River Falls, Merrill, the Minocqua/Woodruff area and Fort McCoy Military Facility.
All registrations must be approved by the swimmer’s coach.
All registrations must be sent to NLAC Administrator, (Rob Meyer) with correct fees and NLAC application. (Instructions on application.)
Yearly registration runs September 1st through the December 31st of the next year. (16 months)
Reduced rate OUTREACH registration is available to those that qualify. All OUTREACH applications must have the proper documentation or they will be rejected.
Allow 2 weeks for registrations to be processed by NLAC and USA Swimming.

Each season, USA registered NLAC swimmers have the option of getting a custom embroidered team jacket. If you wish to get an NLAC jacket, the instructions and order form are available from NLAC.
